My desire to spread the understanding of various aspects of the mind to a broad audience took a dramatic leap forward when Perry Janssen asked me to be a guest on her radio show and talk about the inner voice of criticism, or super ego. Our first show together was Tuesday June 22, 2010. We introduced the idea of how to identify the inner critic and the damage it caused. You can hear the second installment of this work by tuning into Alternative Talk radio (1150am on your dial) at 9:00am Tuesday, June 29. Her program is called, 'Tuning in with Perry Janssen". We will be discussing how most people use ineffective methods of trying to quiet this voice of judgment, and then present some skillful means to disengage from the life defeating phenomenon. Just finished writing the Free Tools for Growth introduction. I have been wanting for a long time to find a way to freely share some of the most fundamental understandings of the mind with the broadest audience. I'm really looking forward to hearing back from our web visitors about the Relationship Building tool (object relations work). If you have any ideas for future 'tools' let me know.

I’m in a celebratory mood today! With the completion of this web/blog site I am able to begin communicating my intent to return as a teacher/guide. During my three year absence from teaching while in the corporate world, I was heartened by the steady stream of inquiries from those who I had previously worked with, asking if I would ever return to teaching. Thank you for your encouragement and support. It became the primary motivation to return.

The potential of Social Media is opening up to me. I look forward to receiving Comments from visitors so that I can learn what people are looking for in these tumultuous times? I am also interested in how we can use the new social media to support the creation of a learning community devoted to psycho-spiritual pursuits.
