My desire to spread the understanding of various aspects of the mind to a broad audience took a dramatic leap forward when Perry Janssen asked me to be a guest on her radio show and talk about the inner voice of criticism, or super ego. Our first show together was Tuesday June 22, 2010. We introduced the idea of how to identify the inner critic and the damage it caused. You can hear the second installment of this work by tuning into Alternative Talk radio (1150am on your dial) at 9:00am Tuesday, June 29. Her program is called, 'Tuning in with Perry Janssen". We will be discussing how most people use ineffective methods of trying to quiet this voice of judgment, and then present some skillful means to disengage from the life defeating phenomenon.
